Spiders are like snakes . You have to decide what you want ? There's arboreal , terrestrial and fossorial (digger) . Then you've got temperament , size and lifespan . And after all that you have to decide whether you want a sling , juve or sub/adult . Or you could just look at pics of T's and go 'I want that one'

Hahahaa i would recommend an Avic if you want an arboreal T as there are so many different colourations. If you wanted another Terrestrial maybe a Salmon Pink as they are ferocious eaters and hardy species overall.

Welcome to the forum mate. If you like Brachypelma's, try and get hold of a Brachypelma auratum, gorgeous spids.

Welcome to the forum Nick
A good second tarantula could be a chile rose (Grammostola rosea) or a curly hair (Brachyplema albopilosum). If you would like a arboreal then i would go with a avic such as the Avicularia avicularia or Avicularia versicolor
Let the addiction begin
