Memorial to a Lost Centipede

O well , my little wild caught Centipede died in mid-shed . Sigh .

I'm not particularly saddened by the loss as I didn't expect it to live long . I caught it about a month ago scuttling across my bathroom floor . I fed it on bean weevils twice a week and enjoyed watching them chase each other around the little tub . Never saw him actually eat but they always disappeared .

This was him just after capture .

Such a shame, but certainly an excuse to get something a bit more "advanced"

I'm quite a big fan of centipedes. Only got one Scolopendra sp. at the moment due to my spider breeding projects. As soon as I have enough room I'll certainly be stocking up
