okay, due to money issues i am having to sell some animals, i was going to sell my male B.Vagans, but i just took him down to get some pics of him for the advert and i noticed he was:
1: 3/4 totally bald on his arse, and
2: he has lost 1 whole leg and the lower part of another leg on the oposite side.

there are no, and haven't been, roaming crix that could have injured him.
he does climb up the faun a lot, resulting in him falling down, could this have caused the leg damage?
does anyone know what could be wrong with him?

Post by TONYDAVO 2009-07-06, 14:24

First of all im gutted as im after a mature Vagans male, second I was really tempted to say he was drunk as he is legless (but thats not funny Embarassed ) the only thing I can think of is that he's had a bad moult and fluid has not been able to get the the legs causing it to dry up and drop off !

My male B.Vagans was literally on his last legs, was fine being posted an managed to breed with a female successfully before becoming dinner, so don't write the little guy off just yet.
