How do you decide when to name them? Do you name them as soon as you get/buy them? Do you wait until they are bigger and starting to show colour?
Is there any ones you wouldn't bother naming?
And how do you choose names? Do you try and find one that matches the spider (ie I have a burrower called Digger)? Do you take names from what they are? Do you just name them randomly/whatever name comes to you? And FINALLY do you prefer 'people' names or 'other'? Smile

I don't really like naming slings, although I did with the Darlingi I won but then I lost it in a bad moult (RIP little Slipper Crying or Very sad it was named Slipper after a discussion in which we decided that if I gave it a nice name it might not get mean when it got older!) and I was GUTTED. I would probably have been less gutted if it had just been 'Darlingi 1' or something like that.

Just wondering because I got a crawshayi at the bts and its a decent size and I am very fond of it and considering naming it. But I always worry about naming them incase they just snuff it Sad
