Couldnt recommend these more. They grow to a good size and are easy to rear. Also when they mature they completely change colour to a nice brown mottled colour. Have also found they seem to have a black fetish Laughing

I have thought about getting a few mantids possibly Giant Asian or Orchids Smile

Go with these they are stunning and the colour change on maturity is amazing. They also get to a really good size Very Happy. They are recommended as a beginner species due to their ease.
Orchids arent ideal as a beginner species tbh.

oh i love orchid mantis. i'm thinking of getting mantis again this year... i just like watching them catch and eat!
